Bunch brought me on board to help bring Nutrien’s EVP to life with the delivery of a visual identity system that would support their rollout. The strategic groundwork was already in place; the messaging was strong, but there was no design system to match. Without a cohesive look and feel, the rollout risked feeling disjointed across hiring platforms and regions.

My role was to interpret the tone and direction of the messaging and build a system around it. One that felt bold, people-first, and true to Nutrien’s culture.
