Asahi Connect Event

Transforming Asahi's brand presence through innovative and engaging internal communications design.

The Challenge: Aligning people around a bold vision, remotely.

In the wake of a major acquisition and ongoing pandemic disruptions, Asahi Beverages needed a meaningful way to unite their workforce around a new five-year strategy. The goal was to move beyond a standard business update and create an emotionally resonant, engaging experience. The format also had to accommodate remote delivery without being limited by unreliable Wi-Fi or technical hiccups.

The Solution: Creating an immersive broadcast experience that felt personal.

Working as part of Bunch’s broader team, I helped shape and implement the visual direction for Asahi Connect LIVE. This was a quarterly, TV-style broadcast designed to bring warmth, clarity, and high production value to internal communications. We developed a bold, energetic event branding system that carried across LED screens, registration pages, and email marketing. The format focused on storytelling and interaction, turning a typical internal update into an enterprise-level internal communications design system that was both memorable and human..

I thought the MTP session was outstanding. A number of my CUB colleagues have expressed how fantastic the visuals, the presentations and the technology was. I am sure a mountain of work went into pulling this together and I hope you are pleased with how it went. Great job and congratulations.

The visuals looked stunning on the LED screens. The clients were delighted J It was mentioned that, after seeing how good yesterday was, they’ll be coming back to us to do their 3-4 big town hall virtual events later this year so that’s great to hear!
